Application
Low cement castables and Ultra low cement castables are mainly used in the bottom of the glass kiln, the front and back of the kiln door sill cooling machine, and other high-temperature resistant parts, front and rear kiln mouths, coal injection pipes, etc.; various heat treatment furnaces such as heating furnace and soaking furnace; medium frequency induction furnace lining, petrochemical catalysis High temperature wear resistant linings for cracking reactors, linings for other industrial furnaces. Can be cast, smeared, and beaten on site.
Clay and high-aluminum low-cement castables can be used as linings for heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, various heat treatment furnaces and rotary kilns.
Mullite low-cement castables can be used as inner linings for various high-temperature burners, dressing linings for heating furnace water-cooled pipes, etc.
Corundum-based and chromium-containing corundum-based low-cement refractory castables can be used as inner linings for the triangle area on the roof of steelmaking electric arc furnaces , The lining of some parts of the refining device outside the molten steel furnace, such as the integral spray gun lining for spray metallurgy, the RH and DH vacuum degassing device and the dipping tube lining, the lining of the power frequency induction furnace, the high temperature of the petrochemical catalytic cracking reactor Wear-resistant lining, etc.
