Brief Introduction
Corundum mullite castable is made of brown corundum, white corundum, andalusite, mullite and high-quality bauxite as the main raw materials, and is made by adding ultra-fine powder refractory powder and mixing in a scientific formula.

Features
It has the common advantages of corundum refractory castable and mullite castable. Under high temperature, the matrix part reacts in situ to form mullite phase, which improves the high-temperature thermal strength and thermal shock stability of the castable lining. It has high high temperature compressive strength, good thermal shock resistance and structural spalling resistance; good high temperature volume stability and thermal shock resistance, high load softening temperature, low high temperature creep rate, and good chemical corrosion resistance.
Application
Corundum mullite castables can be used in petrochemical industry tubular heating furnaces, light diesel oil, ethane cracking furnace linings, atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, sulfur recovery devices, steam boilers, tortoise shell net insulation layer, two cylinders and pipeline insulation Single layer, other industrial furnace door, fire viewing hole, lining of observation hole door, anti-wear lining of large power plant boiler, gasification furnace, circulating fluidized bed boiler lining and coal injection pipe of cement rotary kiln and other high temperature kiln lining.
